Safe Post Delivery Courier If Have Here In Malaysia?

because this morning i recieve call from them they say i have packge from United Kingdom and they asking me 2 pay the 2000rm for custom clearance charges i was amazing why i need to pay a lot for that? i just want 2 know if have a service courier like that.
