How good is this pc?

I can tell you now that it will not play any 3d graphic intensive games very well unless you put your own graphics card in it. (I recommend nothing less than a GEFORCE 8800 or above) That might be quite difficult to do simply because of the size of the tower. 1GB of RAM is just about standard for a baseline PC, now 2GB would be better. You really want a duel or even quad core processor as well. Basically I'd go for something better!
