Can the ruger air hawk fire both pellets and bbs?

Only pellets. BB/Pellet guns such as Crosman 2100 use a magnet to hold the BB in place. If it wasn't there, it would be too loose and just roll out. Pellet only guns or pellets in a pellet/bb gun, the pellet fits snugly and can't slide down the barrel on its own.
