How can i overcome my pale obsession?!?

If you want to try and fix this yourself you should start small and slowly break the habit. Try wearing sunscreen with less SPF, like 25. After a week of that go to 20, then 15, then 10. Eventually you can get to wearing no sunscreen. If this doesn't work your best bet would be talking to a Psychiatrist. They will know better than anybody you could find on the internet.
