Simpsons Lost Episodes?

I don't want to know about the internet rumor about the last episode of the first season (bart dies blah blah blah), but the episodes that were not aired. I've heard there was a Kent Brockman episode where he campeigned against cigerttes, and also I heard in en episode that Dr. Marvan Monroe died, but ive never seen it. If they are real does anyone know where I may be able to watch them?
