What type of cruiser should I buy? Sould I go H-D I'm not sure I don't know squat about crusiers!?

Geez, not much detail to work with here. Look at your finances first, see what you can afford, generally an HD will be more expensive than a Jap cruiser, and then decide if you want a brand new bike or a used bike. Factor in the costs of MC gear(helmets, jackets, gloves, boots) and see what is left. Reliability is also an issue as well as service costs, once again HD's are generally more expensive to repair or have services done to. Everybody has their own opinion, best bet is to get a list of different bikes you like the styles of and then go sit on them and take them for a spin, you'll find something you like better than the others.
