Is this a 'night terror' & wtf does it mean?

I had this horrific dream where I woke up and realized was stuck in this weird labyrinth thing that was endless. I look up and there's this writing on the wall in blood and it says 'WHERE AM I?' So I tried to find a escape but there wasn't one and I was going insane because I don't know where anything was and it was like I was going in circles and then I saw the exit which was like this bright light thing and I tried to run towards it but it suddenly moved really far away and kept doing so then it disappeared. I then noticed my family dead on the floor so they couldn't help me and i felt so alone and terrified then this disgusting petrifying creature came bounding at me with all these weired mouths moving with rotating blade type teeth and ugh it was huge and horrible and I screamed for someone to help I was in despair (but I was i this weird dimension) and I woke up whilst screaming and it felt like I was slammed onto my bed. It was so disturbing and upsetting. What does this mean? I suffer long term depression and I feel like my family aren't supporting me and I sometimes feel trapped in despair and like i'm not in control. What a nightmare :'(
