NHL harder than MLB?

Personally, I think hockey is the hardest sport out there. If you have ever watched an NHL game you would have to agree. The way they control the puck on skates with players pushing them around is purely amazing. You have to be in good shape too, and in baseball you can have designated hitters, and guys who weigh over 300lb.
