Need answers please confused?

Hi all I'm normally regular as clockwork with my period I'm 5 days late. I did have some brownish discharge only when I wiped an been having stomach cramps an bad headaches. I took a pregnancy test last Thursday and was negative. Just really confused and have missed a few of my contraceptive pills this month about 4 of them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks x
