IPod shuffle can't be detected by my computer?

you might have a short in your shuffle. if it was detected before and isnt now, something might have happened in the usb connector part of your shuffle. i couldnt help you personally but you can go into a ipod store and they should be able to help you from there. for all you know, they might even give you an upgrade =) good luck with it.
