Can't add new myspace profile playlist?

i need help. how do i get the new myspace playlist?? ive tried going to that "Music" tab and i could not find any "My music" or "Creat your own playlist" :[ and whenever i add a song, it replaces my old song and i dont have the option to change to the new skin for the player.
