Would you be mad at your other half for this?

you have a surgery cl (For MAJOR SURGERY) for which they are going to be your support person and at the last minute the change their mind about going with you. And instead they go camping with their Dad over 5 hours away. They asked if they could go in a condescending way implying if you say no that they will be mad at you. So you said you don't care but really you are dying inside because you are truly scared to death of it. So would you be mad??
