Black Phantom Tetra Won't Eat?

It could be your tetra is sick and that is why it isn't eating, not the other way around. Sometimes with tetra's it happens. Keep an eye on it for parasites and keep your water clean. There isn't much else you can do. I would try feeding blood worms at least weekly though, fish love them and it keeps them having vivid colours.
